Last updated: draft
Draft structure. Final wording is being written and reviewed by a lawyer before public launch; until then, questions go to [email protected].
What hosts give us
Your account details (name, email, password or Sign in with Apple), the events you create, and the guest lists you add or import: names, households, groups, RSVP answers, dietary and accessibility notes, and contact details you choose to include.
What guests give us
When you RSVP through a Cordo link: whether you're coming, dietary and accessibility selections, any note to the host, and, if you choose, a phone number for seat texts. Your RSVP is shared only with the event's hosts.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and cookieless analytics on marketing pages.
- Anthropic: AI for importing guest lists and suggesting seating.
- Plivo: sending and receiving text messages.
- Resend: sending email.
How long we keep it
- Guests' dietary, accessibility and phone data is deleted 90 days after the event.
- Records of SMS consent are kept for 4 years, as carriers require.
- Account data is kept until you delete your account, which you can do in the app.
Beta waitlist
If you join the beta waitlist, we keep your email, what you're planning (if you told us), and how you found us, to send your early access invite and launch news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected]. Guests can ask the host, or us directly.
California privacy rights
California residents can request access to and deletion of their personal information, and won't be discriminated against for doing so. We don't sell personal information.
